The grande had less the 3rd of coffee in it the rest was foam. Not only that it was the worst cappuccino i have ever had. Service wasn’t pleasant, i felt like i was taking up their time.

Robin was super helpful and demonstrated excellent customer service. She patiently waited for me to make up my mind, and offered suggestions for my wife. One of our drinks was only slightly different than we had hoped (both of us tried something new) and she without hesitation offered to remake it after asking how it was unsatisfactory. After the remake, it was perfect! We’re definitely coming back to this specific location in the future!

My husband and I walked in the store for a matcha drink, we saw the new summer drinks and asked questions about them. The employee was rude from the moment we started interacting with him, he acted annoyed when we asked about the drink options. He replied with snide comments and raised his voice which made us leave the store without any drink. Employee behavior like this reflects very poorly.

I work right next to this Starbucks location so I go there almost everyday as a nurse who needs her caffeine, but they consistently mess up my mobile orders and have been persistently making me late for work doing this over the last 3 months. On top of that, no one apologizes hardly ever for their mistakes. I would not recommend this location.
It's in the Hen House store between 117th & 119th on Roe Avenue in the Camelot Court Shopping Center. Their Flat White is better than other Starbucks for some reason -- The staff here is very friendly.
