Poor service and poor management. The happy hour is closed due to heat and the bar area was full, but they would not honor the happy hour menu and other parts of the bar even though that's what our reservation was for.

I have given Tavern so many chances but they just disappoint. It's not awful - it's just “meh.” It's cumulative - the hostess is clearly not happy that we asked to sit outside. I have to go inside to get an extra plate that I asked the server for and never got. The patio is not clean. The menu never ever changes. The food is not bad - it's just uninspired and average at best. It's sad because I truly want to like it.

Went for the first time. Thought the food was good. My husband ordered the grilled cheese with tomato bisque. It was so yummy. I had the grilled salmon and kale salad it was very good and light. Just what I wanted. We will definitely be back. Plus the service was wonderful

First time with group of 6. Appetizers were very good as were the entrees. Everyone enjoyed theirs. Server was very good with overall service a little slow but still fine. Would definitely come back.

We have gone for happy hour and dinner quite a few times and have always had a good experience but we went for brunch this past weekend and left disappointed, overall. Two of the three orders were wrong. Our server didn't ask if everything was correct or notice that it was wrong. He also never refilled our waters. Outside of the orders being wrong, they weren't even that good - just right on the verge of fine. Which is what I would say the whole experience was.

The temperature of calamari was not hot. The chicken nachos poor quality presentation look great but we believe they use canned chicken. Not impressed.
