Went out for Christmas dinner unaware that they were only serving the "holiday plate" which would be fine if the food wasn't cold. Turkey was dry. Family members wouldn't even touch their plates. Total waste of money.

Cute diner located right off the highway. I ordered the chicken fried steak breakfast. Everything was great except the hash browns were a bit greasy. The waitress was friendly and frequently checked in on us. The quotes carved into each booth were fun to read.

Country Pride is the perfect name for this chain. The food is always good. My hashbrowns were a little underdone this time which is the only reason I'm not giving a full 5 stars. But the eggs were great, bacon perfectly crispy, toast was good, sausage good and pancakes delicious as always.
