Today at about 3:30Pm I stopped here on my way to Missouri. I was so speechless to one employee in particular. Her name was “Katie”. The first thing I hear come out of her mouth was “you won’t like working here” then she continued to say “you won’t like it when your working by yourself and 6 people come in all at once.” Then proceeded to say “a good thing about this job is that we can be rude to Karen’s, they won’t fire us they are too understaffed” to the new employee. Towards the end of my transaction the new girl I didn’t get her name but she was very nice and did a fantastic job had said to her “we need to start prepping for tomorrow”. Katie replied with “we can just leave it for Brendon and Chloe” the new girl said “but I still need to learn” and Katie replied with “its okay you’ll learn eventually they need something to do”Katie was very unprofessional and was not fair to put the new employee who had stated it was her first day. Not a good way to train someone.

10/22/23 - I stopped during a bicycle tour. There was no one at the counter, but finally two teenage girls came from the back room. I asked for a protein bowl and she informed me that they never no longer serve protein bowls or salads because they don’t stock the bowls. I said you’ve got to be kidding. She said no, we don’t have any bowls. I told her I couldn’t have bread and that’s why I stopped here to get a salad. I told her to tell the manager they are losing business.The girls have been hiding in the back room for the last 25 minutes. Two men have been standing at the counter for about five minutes. I’m going across the street to choose one of two restaurants. Oh goodness they just came out laughing and having a great time. Meanwhile, the tables are filthy, dirty.

this was hard because a couple of the workers are top notch a couple the workers are bottom of the barrel, so you never know what you’re going to get consistency is lacking here. Twice I have walked in after placing an online order, and the person behind the counter is shooting the breeze with one of the gas station workers. Subway owner you need to watch the Cameras.this review is not fair to the guy who does an awesome job…:( sorry

Ordered on line so the order is in plain English and easy to follow could not even do that did not get the order right hardly any vegetables and wrong bread completely ordered Italian cheese and herb got plain white. don't go here line was 10 people deep and manager stopped to put in subs that were ordered previously and the only other employee that was not trying to serve was pealing bread that had been sitting for at least two hours on an open table at end of counter DO NOT GO HERE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Don't waste your time at any restaurant at this exit. All of them are slow and prehistoric. Stood in line forever only to be told they're out of meatballs. It only takes 10 seconds to put a sign up or cover up that item on the menu board. Just lazy and think the customer will just order something else. Nope. This is why businesses fail. One by one, each customer decides to never return. And it's a wrap. Good luck

Stop to eat here while traveling. Erica was by herself yay and still was fast and super friendly

Having problems with supply.
I ordered my food online and evidently they only do them if they don't have other customers and the lady was rude cause I ordered online had to call police to get my food unfortunately I will drive to go to another one
