I'm apart of a highschool JROTC who just went to Missouri and we stopped at this Wendy's to get some dinner. Turns out, the gift cards that was provided by parents did not work, so they gave us all free food. Frostys, meals, fries, everything. The staff was just as confused as we were, but nonetheless they made everyone's days. Amazing service, the food came out quickly and fresh.

I am a truck driver, I stopped for my break and when I tried to get something to eat @ 2030. They were closed. Lights off nobody around. Wendy's i thought you were open late? I also waited and saw a police officer try and use drive thru. No luck . Again Wendys do better !

Couldn't get service. Went through the drive-thru waited 10 minutes for nobody take order. Then went inside only to be ignored. After going inside though it is not a super clean place so kind of glad we did not get food from there

I bought a single bacon hamburger. There was lots of bacon on it was not crispy it was hard like it had been sitting around. The Wendy's I am talking about is the one which there are probably many between Wichita and Kansas city.

Had a wonderful meal that would serve to us quickly and very delicious.
OVER AN HOUR WAIT AT 7pm, absolutely unacceptable. The car in front of us, our car, and the car behind us all got asked to pull into the parking lot to wait for our orders. Finally got tired of waiting - went inside to get a refund where 5 other people were standing and waiting for their food. The girl couldn’t figure out how to give us a refund. Good thing we didn’t wait for our food any longer, considering it was incorrect on our receipt.

Praise to the yoing lady working tonight 8/29/25 all by herself. My husband noticed she was alone. Taking orders, cooking, making decisions to keep the place running. Shame on the coworkers that failed her.
