OVER AN HOUR WAIT AT 7pm, absolutely unacceptable. The car in front of us, our car, and the car behind us all got asked to pull into the parking lot to wait for our orders. Finally got tired of waiting - went inside to get a refund where 5 other people were standing and waiting for their food. The girl couldn’t figure out how to give us a refund. Good thing we didn’t wait for our food any longer, considering it was incorrect on our receipt.

Praise to the yoing lady working tonight 8/29/25 all by herself. My husband noticed she was alone. Taking orders, cooking, making decisions to keep the place running. Shame on the coworkers that failed her.

I was trying to be nice but after Im hearing BS reasons as to why I left I had to do this. Do not waste your money here. The following statements are fact backed up by my time as an employee here and sources after I left here for these. They recently failed an ECOLAB test bad they don't care if there's stress plaguing their employees there's constantly yelling at each other. In the three years I was there they went through not 1 not 2 not even 3 but FIVE managers. If you want my opinion the one now is running the place into the dirt like a complete nosedive. The TA is okay though they have wonderful nachos at the restaurant. Don't waste your time at the Wendy's. If Dave Thomas was still alive and walked in here he wouldn't go out vertical.

A few days ago the blonde girl covered in self harm scars at the window was REEKING of alcohol, slurring her words, she could barely speak, and was turning purple as I sat there waiting for my frosty. I could smell the strong odor of alcohol on her breath so badly I had to roll my window up most of the way as she talked. As I waited for the car in front of me I could hear other employees out back speaking about someone doing drugs on their shift and they seemed incredibly upset by what was happening, I would bet my bottom dollar they were speaking about that same girl at the window. I heard one long haired gentleman say how their bosses won't do anything about it if the other guy said anything to them and that appeared to make the bearded gentleman quite sad, as I saw him hang his head down low and the longer haired one patted his shoulder. Looking at the other reviews on here, and I'm not surprised to see others have had such disappointing experiences if the managers of the establishment allow people to do drugs and alcohol in their place of business. That girl looked very young, the managers should be ashamed of themselves. I will be spending my money elsewhere every night from now on. This has bothered me for days, so much so that my husband suggested I post a review to quell my feelings. I hope that management sees this, they deserve to be outed publicly.

Pretty dam sad that the employees closes the restaurant shortly after 8pm and are laughing at you because they locked all doors and block the drive through so they don't have to work as soon they realize yr looking at them they run to the back of the restaurant and hide and are peeking their heads around the corner to see if have left yett.

Every month I make a trip to Texas from Minnesota and i-35 is my favorite way. I always enjoy driving through Kansas. Last month I Stopped at here for breakfast and a refuel and I was standing at the register for 10 minutes before I left because I wasn't noticed. There were two employees. A chubby bald guy and a hag looking lady didn't even notice me. I ended up walking out. This month I decided to try again and there was dirty tables everywhere. I don't think I will be by this next month. I'll keep driving.
