Applebee's Grill + Bar offers a pretty standard experience with good food and clean bathrooms. The atmosphere is great, with mostly good service, although sometimes lacking in attentiveness. While the service can be slow at times, the chicken pasta is enjoyable, but the ribs can be overdone. The General Manager is amazing and truly cares about staff and customers, as seen when a small child dropped a drink and the GM immediately cleaned it up, got a new drink, and comforted the child. The restaurant also has plenty of parking spots and is easily accessible for ADA. Customers have praised the exceptional service, with more than one server checking on them throughout the meal, and the chef even coming out to ensure the steak was cooked perfectly. However, some customers have noted that the restaurant charges extra for additional items like jalapeños and ranch.
