Update : A representative reached out to me immediately and was very apologetic. I can appreciate a business that cares enough to make every effort to correct things when they happen.
While eating my wife discovered a piece of broken plate in her mashed potatoes. Luckily she didn't cut the inside of her mouth with it when she took a bite.

The only complaint I have about this place is it was way too cold! And everybody around me was talking about how cold it was!
By far the best Applebee's! The GM is amazing and truly cares about staff and customers! I watched a small child drop a drink and immediately started crying, without missing a beat the GM came over and cleaned it up, got a new drink and comforted the kid. Crying stopped and that kid never seemed happier. Good work Applebee's! Keep it up!
