Got into Liberal Kansas at 8:30pm and the buffet closed at 9:30pm. There was a pretty good variety of items that were all hot. My wife loves the hot and sour soup but didn't like it there. At 9pm, they started removing the steamer containers that were low on items to the kitchen and not refilling them. There were three female servers and none of them could speak English, only Spanish. Probably wouldn't eat there again.
