El Ranchito Mexican Restaurant

My wife and I were there5/9/25 table 5 at 7.54 pm first of all the food was good no problem there my problem was they charged us $3.00 for water, $7.99 for two Sopapillas the food we got was fajitas for two people, we only got two Tortillas who can eat fajitas with only two Tortillas so we ask for two more they charge us $ 4 dollars we also got a small and I mean small cheese dip $7.99 Talk about price gouging. I have the Received if they would like to look at it. who charges for water? W will never go back there again and we will be telling our friends.

Most of the time I have went here it has been okay but when I ordered our food the other day the lady on the phone seemed like she was in a hurry and was being very short with me. Then when we went to get our order it wasn't right even though I repeated myself to make sure she had the order right. When she repeated it to make sure it was right I realized she forgot something and tried to correct her and she just kept cutting me off.

Food was very good. Drink knowledge was a little lacking. Asked for a Cadillac Margherita and they did not know what that was.

I really liked the atmosphere. This place was recommended to me and raved about, since I was in town for the day. It wasn't that great. I had the fajitas and it didn't taste like anything special. The salsa was watery and way too spicy, not a lot of flavor. The horchata was amazing though. If I wasn't full I would have chugged it.

I had Steak Fajitas, wife the Enchiladas; both were excellent. Both meals plus a large Modelo were less than $40.00. Server Denise R was attentive.
