Was informed that by buying a GWD card that I would be eligible for specific purchases with out extra cost. Due to the company not advertising what the card covers there was a failure to properly communicate policy to employees and I was ultimately disrespected by the managing personnel who attempted to establish that there was no way I was told that information even though I had already received the benefits on a previous transaction. I attempted to cancel my plan and was forced to take the meal that I no longer wanted due to the fact that my card no longer covered the items I was attempting to get because improperly informed by untrained staff and failure to advertise covered items.
