Worst service ever. We waited over 15 min before ever seeing our waitress and that’s because one of my party finally went and told one of the others we were ready to order. By the time we got our food we had been there over an hour. And when we got our order it was wrong. I will not be returning.

We had lunch with my granddaughter and her friend. Our orders came out quickly and correctly. The current management, cooks and servers are so much better than 6 months ago. We had the big steak omelette, and 3 2x2x2s. The eggs were cooked to order. I decided to substitute the pancakes for a waffle. Was awesome.

Service was great! Food was fair. On entering it smelled of sewage and so many booths had torn up upholstery. Obviously not a lot of pride in the business. A little reinvestment goes a long way on making an impression.

Business was moderate with more customers coming in at a steady pace. We waited a few minutes before being acknowledged, but there seemed to be only one waitress waiting tables. She let us know she'd be with us momentarily; then suggested we could seat ourselves any where we liked. She made a great effort to attend all the tables and still be personable.She went above and beyond for our table. They were out of tartar sauce for one of our fish dinners; however, she took a few moments to create some with the ingredients they had in the kitchen. She also accommodated an issue I had with the water. She was polite and conscientious.Shelby did arrive to help her out about half way into our meals. If a raise is within your wheelhouse, you should consider giving her one.Parking: Lots of wheelchair accessibility along the front of the restaurant and parking on at least 3 sides of the building. Never had a problem finding a parking spot.Kid-friendliness: They have a children's menu with breakfast and dinner options. They make pancakes enjoyable for kids with faces and fun toppings.Wheelchair accessibility: 4 or 5 spaces with a slanted ramp nearby. Seems easily accessed.
