I have never written a recommendation for any restaurant, anywhere. Having traveled a bit, I have had the benefit of dining in some exceptional places. Izzy’s Healthy Hub is such a lovely surprise. Even though I had heard great reviews, I was skeptical. Liberal is very fortunate to have Izzy’s. This is the type of restaurant usually found in larger towns or cities with a rabid following. Traveling through Liberal on our vacation \u0026 wanted to stay away from fast food restaurants, so we did an internet search and found this gem. Loved the atmosphere, quality of food \u0026 the service. I hope the community supports this place!
Stopped here for breakfast while in town for work and was very impressed with the variety of traditional latin inspired breakfast options. Additionally they offer several grain, oat, and yogurt bowls and smoothies. Something for everyone and every diet. I had a grilled cactus topped with chorizo, over easy egg, and cheese with side of beans. Very flavorful and everything tasted fresh. They served it with homemade warm salsa on the side that was fantastic. I will be back again...
