We visited last week and had a great time! Food was delicious, our waitress had her hands full with our kids and she was amazing with us. She provided everyone with anything we needed and even brought over coloring hats to keep the kids entertained while we waited on our food. Bathrooms were clean, atmosphere was nice as well! KS 01-2024 Old Chicago Pizza in Liberal Kansas. Tony and I went here today for lunch. I received my birthday reward from them for being a valuable loyal customer which I highly appreciate every year...They gave me a $17.99 coupon to apply towards any Pizza of our choice so I ordered our favorite. A medium deep dish Chicago 7 minus Greem peppers replace with peppercini and extras sauce.Tony had a couple PBRs and I had unsweetened tea With lemon lime delicious and highly recommend this location.Interior and exterior clean and inviting. Our waitress was extremely sweet and helpful. Definitely go if you're given the opportunityI

Everything was fine until the appetizer came out. COLD! Okay, my food will be good and hot.... Ummm NOT. I didn't get what I ordered but that's fine, but it was COLD. Same with my husband's. Watching him eat was explained fully to how he felt about the situation. I try not to be mean,because trust me I have worked on the food business myself long ago, but on that being said.... I am going to suggest.... Checking the plates before taking them to the customer... Make sure the food is hot and ready to eat. That goes with the appetizers as well. When serving the customers make sure they have plenty of drink. To at least get through half of the meal or a good portion. Check on the table at least two other times before handing them the tip. Oh another quick tip of your out with tea and water filling your customers drink up and your walking by a table and you see that they are getting low on tea or water and if you have them time. Offer to fill it up.... Extra time isn't but two three minutes at the most. Cover your bases and smile if it might hurt your head ?, but wins customers back every time. I am not saying that I was an awesome waitress but I know when your having a horrible night, because things happen. Just keep on keeping on, and it will pay off and reward you in the end. Again, I apologize if I sounded mean and rude, but I sure do not want to see a waitress loosing his or her tips either.

Ambiance was sports-bar-like. Service was slow though they were not busy. The waitress seemed distracted and nonchalant, though nice.The gluten-free pizza crust was one of the worst we’ve had, the pizza sauce tasted like tomato paste only— one size 16+ for Hawaiian w/red onions. In short, we will not return and won’t recommend to our GF friends. Maybe their regular pizzas are good but I’m sure they use the same sauce.

The bartender Vanessa was so wonderful from start to finish. She greeted my friends and I immediately with a warm, friendly smile. She gave us awesome recommendations on food and cocktails, we were so impressed! She is so funny and has such a great personality. Best service I’ve ever had anywhere. 10/10

The hostess was very friendly and sweet. The service was terrible. We waited 10 minutes for the waitress to take our drink order and another 10 minutes to receive our drinks (cider and beer). The blackened chicken salad was dry, burnt chicken with no seasoning. We also ordered pizza rolls but never got them. We had to point that out to the waitress when she brought the bill and then wait for her to remove it. The staff spent more time conversing with each other and were on their phones. Another waitress was extremely fidgety, was wiping her face with her hand, and was constantly pulling at her pants. The cigarette smoke coming inside the restaurant from the open bar window was gross. This is not a restaurant I will return to.
