Was in town for work and had this place recommended for a hearty breakfast. I was not disappointed by their quick and friendly service, reasonable prices and hearty helpings. This is exactly what you hope for when you go to a pancake house.

Walked in and was sat down quickly by a nice young lady. She made the experience a bit better entering and leaving the famous Pancake House. The only reason I gave this place a 2 star was because of our waitress. I understand we all have our bad days but she was being seriously incompetent. She hardly spoke and when she did it was clear she wasn’t happy to help us. After we ordered our drinks she decided it was a great idea to throw straws at the table. Continuing with the bad behavior after we got our meals she never went to check up on us. We had to bother the young lady in the front for a to go box. The attitude was absolutely ridiculous and I did hear someone mention her name I can’t recall clearly but it sounded like Elizabeth? I’m not completely positive but i strongly agree management gets onto her about her bad attitude. We all have bad days but why put that on someone else? Pancakes were absolutely delicious but that one person managed to ruin the most important meal of the day.
