I’m not sure why, but 9 times out of 10 it takes 20+ minutes for the drive thru to even take the order, and when you go inside you’re ignored for a while as well. I understand that it can be overwhelming but the wait times are ridiculous. The drinks are usually pretty good! I’ve been a regular since they first opened. Please just work on the wait times!!! God bless!

First of all me and my friend asked for 2 viente drinks and the screen it said viente and then we get to the window and the lady hands us 2 small drinks and when we told her it was supposed to be larges she said well I only charged you for the grandes so you can take the coffees or get a refund and she was very rude

Have ordered at this Starbucks multiple times both in app and in person drive thru and in store. All of the baristas were always helpful and kind when dealing with them. Riley is one I’ve dealt with probably the most and is very friendly and always making sure you have a good experience. If she’s your barista I can assure you your order will be correct and your visit will be a nice
