First of all me and my friend asked for 2 viente drinks and the screen it said viente and then we get to the window and the lady hands us 2 small drinks and when we told her it was supposed to be larges she said well I only charged you for the grandes so you can take the coffees or get a refund and she was very rude

Have ordered at this Starbucks multiple times both in app and in person drive thru and in store. All of the baristas were always helpful and kind when dealing with them. Riley is one I’ve dealt with probably the most and is very friendly and always making sure you have a good experience. If she’s your barista I can assure you your order will be correct and your visit will be a nice

It seems like everyone has something negative to say about the store manager and I agree shes always rude and seems racist.!!!! I think a business runs good when you have a good leader if your store manager is not kind and professional either will the team …
The only time I go in there that I’m happy with everything is when Rachel is there shes always ready to help with a good attitude. If I need help shes always willing to help me out I really appreciate her hard work .

Walked in, wasn't acknowledged by a single employee. One girl walked past the register I was standing at 3 times and didn't even look at me. They were busy and I understand it being overwhelming. But if they had at least said hello or they'd be with me I would've happily waited. Oh well. There's a scooters right next door and they were great.

I ordered a trenta size refresher. They gave it to me halfway. It only looks fuller because I added ice to it. Their service was so bad, they were super rude:(. I drove 45 minutes specifically for Starbucks & now I will definitely rethink it the next time it comes to mind.
Super rude barista you can tell she is racist and than talked about customers between the three working. Will be last time I stop here for sure

I don't know why I keep coming to this Starbucks. I travel around the U.S. and they are the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I guess that I am okay with it since they are the only Starbucks in the area. I know which drinks to not order and I understand that they aren't well-trained in customer service. I've even been in here when the staff had a shouting match (with cussing) with a disgruntled customer for a simple drink mishap. Every time I come in, I can find multiple things that would irk me as a manager. Definitely do not recommend unless there's no where else to go.

I don't know what it is about this location but they cannot give coffee that doesn't taste purely like milk. Then the staff isn't friendly they just slide your milk drink across the counter to you and walk off. Paid for extras in my drink and didn't even get them. Literally the worst Starbucks I've ever been at.
