The only time I go in there that I’m happy with everything is when Rachel is there shes always ready to help with a good attitude. If I need help shes always willing to help me out I really appreciate her hard work .

Walked in, wasn't acknowledged by a single employee. One girl walked past the register I was standing at 3 times and didn't even look at me. They were busy and I understand it being overwhelming. But if they had at least said hello or they'd be with me I would've happily waited. Oh well. There's a scooters right next door and they were great.

I ordered a trenta size refresher. They gave it to me halfway. It only looks fuller because I added ice to it. Their service was so bad, they were super rude:(. I drove 45 minutes specifically for Starbucks & now I will definitely rethink it the next time it comes to mind.

I don't know why I keep coming to this Starbucks. I travel around the U.S. and they are the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I guess that I am okay with it since they are the only Starbucks in the area. I know which drinks to not order and I understand that they aren't well-trained in customer service. I've even been in here when the staff had a shouting match (with cussing) with a disgruntled customer for a simple drink mishap. Every time I come in, I can find multiple things that would irk me as a manager. Definitely do not recommend unless there's no where else to go.

I don't know what it is about this location but they cannot give coffee that doesn't taste purely like milk. Then the staff isn't friendly they just slide your milk drink across the counter to you and walk off. Paid for extras in my drink and didn't even get them. Literally the worst Starbucks I've ever been at.

I always love going to Starbucks and having coffee and maybe something to eat. But this morning I was sitting in the Starbucks and the music change to an ethnic type of music. I know this is America and people can do what they want. That’s just it this, is still America. So, I left.
Placed in person order, the young man at the counter was trying but having problems with the mobile reader. Waited 30 minutes for an in store order of one hot drink!!!!! When I ask the manager about it she was very rude! They were filling mobile orders that were not being picked up!!! After getting my order the manager placed it on the counter ignoring me all together. I believe in store orders should come first. I will NOT go back to the Liberal Kansas Starbucks again. They have lost my business totally!!!!

Placed a mobile order for 2 drinks while in town. They were out 13 min after they should've been ready. The guy thru the drive thru was rude. When we finally got the drinks, the girl at the window didn't say a single word. Not a hi, thanks for waiting, here ya go or a you're welcome when my husband said thanks. Worst service ever. Edited to say coffee sucked, made all wrong.
