I really wish the waiters and waitresses would listen to my order I have been here 5 times add order wings with the bone out and every time they give me bone in and that after i wait for 45 minutes when there are only 4 other people in the place

Would give it a zero if I could. My wife, 16 year old daughter and myself went into the north pizza hut around 6:30 pm order our drinks, ten minutes or so a young man brought them out to us. Now I know that may sound picky but there was lest the four tables that had customers and there was no more 4 people at each of these tables, we asked him what they had for special tonight and he had no clue. My wife seen one the board as you come into the restaurant "2 large single pizzas and cookie pizza for $26.99" this is what we told him we wanted, and two 12 piece orders of wings, along with 3 side salads. Ok now things go to hell in a handbag real fast, he brought out plates for the salad, and told us they had no clean silverware but he would bring us some how as soon as they had some. Ok will you please tell me how a restaurant that is slow can run out of silverware in the middle of the evening? I mean really not even 7:00 pm and you all don't have clean silverware, come on I counted 6 workers (all staying in the kitchen for the most part) I mean what you only got like 4 forks for the restaurant. Another 10 minutes we get our forks, now just about this time a party of 4 younger kids came in from what I seen they where friends with one of the workers. They placed their order. Now we had been there 20 minutes, and just now getting to eat a salad from the "salad bar" if that is what you could call it. Lettuce 1/2 wilted What appears to be tomatoes sliced so thin you could hole three or for of them together and still read a news paper through them Spinach yes wilted Some mashed green olives Carrot sticks Cucumber slices Some grated cheese Some cottage cheese And three unlabeled your best guess dressings Some crackers in packs We got our "salad" and went back to our seats. After eat the salad and waiting yet another 10 to 15 minutes they bring out our pizza, so now we are right around 40 minutes into this and just getting our food. They set our pizzas down and headed back to the kitchen, to get our wings, right? Wrong! They came right out with wings pizza and the rest of the order for the table of friends. I called the waiter over he ask is everything ok, I said no we still have not gotten the wings we ordered. He went back to the kitchen, when he came back out he said it will be a few more minutes that "they where frozen and had to be refried. Really come on they where frozen and had to be refried? At this point I said I wanted to see the manager. When she did come out I told her the same thing that I am posting here, was there a "oh I'm sorry" or a "just a minute I'll take care of this" no she stood there with deer in the headlights look and simply said "I'll discount your meal at the check out" Now this may sound bad but between the terrible service and the "oh well" attitude of the manager I had it got a to go box for the pizza that by the tasted like they were burnt. We went to the checkout and this us where I all most lost it totally! Please follow me one this, and please keep in mind I am rounding up 2 pizza special. ...................27.00 3 side salads. $2.00 each......6.00 3 drinks. $2.00 each .............6.00 Now I know I'm old and not into this Common Core math thing but that adds up to a total of $39.00 plus tax, right. Wrong! The manager tells us our total with a 40% discount would be $49.59. And that was after she took the wings off the bill. So no I will NEVER go back again!

The food was good, but the service was poor. The appetizer was wrong and then the addition of a to go order was not put in correctly. After waiting 15 minutes following our meal on the to go order it was not correct. We chose not to have it corrected and wait even longer. Hopefully the service improves.

Great food but wait staff not that great. Were understaffed but one big boned waitress wasn't helping and only talking to here friends while my wife sat without silverware or something to drink. She could use some retraining. Love the wing deal you have though. Get staff in line and it will be even better
