As a Texan, I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious carnitas offered here. When asked if the food in the little town of Lindsborg compared to home, I agreed. Easily as good as some Mexican food restaurants in my large city. Well done!

My husband and I have been coming here to eat for 10 years now. We are from the big city 3 hours away, we travel a lot and have experienced a lot of Mexican cuisine. This is by FAR our favorite place to eat! Great food, GREAT price, AMAZING service! We will be back next year!

A friend of mine said that he judges the quality of food on whether they can make chile relleno. I like chile relleno. I wanted chile relleno. I ordered a chile relleno. I was served a small pile of ground beef with a whole quarter of bell pepper laying on top, all smothered in a white cheese sauce. The ground beef looked and smelled like dog food. I returned it, saying I would gladly pay but this was not a chile relleno. They tried to argue with me, saying what I described was poblano relleno. I was charged. They paid for this review.
