This is hands down our favorite spot in Lindsborg! The place is always spotlessly clean, and the service is incredibly fast and friendly—everyone there makes you feel right at home. We absolutely love the Chicken La Prime; it's flavorful and perfectly cooked every time. I always ask them to add grilled jalapeños to mine for that extra kick, and they nail it without fail. Highly recommended for anyone craving authentic Mexican food in a welcoming atmosphere!
Stopped in for lunch and had the fajitas — hot, flavorful, and just what I needed. The beans were especially good, creamy and packed with flavor. Would’ve loved to finish it off with a sopapilla or tres leches, but sadly neither was available. Still, solid spot for a Mexican lunch in the heart of Lindsborg.
Dude, I was not ready for how awesome the food was going to be here. I got the $9 special, a Guadalajara plate that was so fresh and flush with crisp garnish and so very delicious. But before I ate every last bit of that I always gotta try the Chile Relleno at a place and I swear it was the best one I have ever had in my 51 years. My date had the carnitas, she let me sample that and boom that was incredible too. Don’t sleep on this place if you are nearby and ready for awesome...
