Very disappointed in the Pizza Hut organization for their lack of response. The original review i posted was noted by Pizza Huts management service STAAB MGNT in Grand Island Neb. and they asked me to to contact them to make things right with me, so I did. They have not sent any response or tried to contact me, all I wanted was a chance for them to review the issues at our Lindsborg Pizza Hut to assist the local management to make it a better store and customer experience. But I can see that the leadership is as poor in their upper management as it is at the store management level. Now forever avoiding Pizza Hut restaurants. What a shame as we had Pizza night every 2 weeks.
Service what service, grandson and I went in for a pizza, 4 other customers at the store 2 customers at the register and the other 2 waiting on a order to go. We waited at front counter for 3 or 4 minutes we were never acknowledged by any of the 4 staff in the store so we chose a table to set at. Drinks were offered to the other 2 customers while they waited as their to go order was somehow missed and was going to take longer. My grandson and I sat at the table for 25 minutes we were never approached with any service or offers when we decided to leave nothing was said no apology or acknowledgment. From now on it will be homemade, Casey's or something from Salina. Goodbye Pizza Hut. Did not rate the food as we would not know never having been given service.

Once again very very unhappy, placed an online order and when I got there there were other customers that they said it's been over an hour they hadn't got their food yet.so I waited another 30 minutes still haven't even begun to make it yet.. I just don't understand why this place continues to mess orders up..

Had a bbq chicken pizza. Was so good! Had my food delivered service was fast and hot. Driver was so nice. I have just gotten out of the hospital. Made me feel so good! Thank you!

We always order the breadsticks with cheese, and these were probably the best we've ever had. They were cooked perfectly, the perfect amount of cheese and seasonings, straight out of the oven. My son said his pizza was also the best he's had. The service was great. So glad we stopped in. It's been a long time since we've been to a Pizza Hut location that does it right.

A complete joke. Don’t waste your time unless you want burnt pizza and to wait an hour and fifteen minutes for take out they said would take twenty.

The food seemed less greasy than Pizza Huts I've been to in the past. Our waitress was awesome, had a great attitude. The "Pizza Hut" t.v. was great for the kids to watch while we waited.

The owner Felicia and waitress Nicole were great. Felicia talked with us for a bit. This Pizza Hut has definitely turned around for the better when Felicia took over. Thank you to all that was there tonight. The pizza was great.
