Mrs. Flip Out, ever on the watch for good coffee spots, wanted to try this place. She got an iced breve and the Littles shared a lemonade. Staff was friendly and service was quick. The White Peacock had a little boutique area with some clothing and books for sale. There was plenty of seating to either chat with friends or find a quiet spot for working, studying, or reading. Very cute place. The server was so sweet and patient. I had the regular cup of coffee and it was really good. We had breakfast sandwiches, mine was gluten free and I was so excited that they had gluten free options. I even bought a little slice of gluten free poppy seed bread to take with me. If I lived anywhere near Lindsborg I would stop in daily. Unfortunately, we were passing through, but highly recommend!

We are from out of town and happened to stop in here. Miss Kelsey was our host and was wonderful. The muffins and coffee are to die for! They have a great meditative garden out back. Great place to start the day!
