Took 10 minutes to order while two employees were hanging outside by their vehicles. We only ordered drinks, one being a large iced caramel coffee. We were given a medium, and the worker wanted to argue that was the correct size. Even though we showed the label on the cup, it wasn't right. We were given a large, but the Carmel was forgotten.

We stopped in at McDonald’s with our three kids and placed an order at 7:20 PM on May . After waiting 40 minutes with no food, I finally approached the counter to find out what was going on. The staff admitted they had cleared out our order entirely. I offered to just take a refund and go somewhere else, but the employee insisted they would get it ready. I had to show my receipt just to prove we had even ordered — clearly, it had been lost.
Meanwhile, I had three hungry, crying, and completely worn-out kids with me. When we eventually received our food, they had forgotten a McDouble. It took another 20 minutes of standing at the front before anyone acknowledged us or corrected it.
The experience inside the restaurant was just as bad. The tables were dirty — we had to ask for them to be wiped down before we could sit. The floors were disgusting. The changing table in the restroom was literally pulling away from the wall and felt unsafe to use. When I asked what was going on, the staff member told me they were running behind because the drive-thru was “killing them.” Yet we watched multiple drive-thru orders go out smoothly — including some placed after we arrived.
This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. Completely disorganized, unsanitary, and poorly managed. We won’t be back.

Absolute worst service (even for a McDonald's). Long waits, poor quality, wrong items. Only a couple of people there with any work ethic. Everybody else just stands around cussing and complaining. Contacted the owners and got zero response from them. They just sent it down to a shift manager that is so used to these complaints that she has a form letter for free food on deck.
If your traveling north on 69 just keep going to Overland Park (you'll still get your food quicker than waiting here).

Tried to stop at this Location with a very small order. The drive-through line wouldn’t move and I was stuck at the speaker for about 10 minutes. Person kept coming on asking if I was ready to place an order, but I had already placed an order in the line wasn’t moving. I’m not sure what their management is doing, but they definitely don’t have their things in order.

It will be in your best interest to simply not order here. The staff are seemingly burnt out and just not putting in the appropriate effort to prepare your order.

I like this McDonald's. They are fast and my food seems fresh most of the time. But for a McDonald's, I really like this store! Good job. 👏
Check your bag before you leave the drive thru, parking spot or the counter. Last time I ordered a breakfast with hotcakes, got jelly but not the biscuits. This time, ordered the sausage burrito with hot picante sauce. Even asked the kid at the window if the hot sauce was in the bag. He said yes. Drove 20 minutes home and guess what, no sauce. This restaurant is slow and always manages to screw up the order. Apparently no one cares, there are the same complaints from 7 years ago.

If the normal morning, lady was there, the service is acceptable in the morning but this morning January 15 at 9:09 there were about six young people in there and they were spraying chemicals around the food that they were trying to gather and doing dances and punching each other and battling certainly wasn’t a fast drive-through

I rated a 0 stars because they are slow didn’t want to give back the change then their Pattie’s are tiny and their service sucks and they do not deserve to work there. They also threw the fries into the bag.
