Don't know what the problem is, but rarely get a correct order at the Sonic in Louisburg. Also, can't tell if they charge us adding lettuce, but I have yet to get added lettuce to any of my sandwiches when I order it. I go to Paola about 9pm 2 to 3 times a week and never have a problem. Groovy fries are always cold - I keep saying I'm never going back, but I always do. Louisburg has such few quick choices.

My wife and I stopped in for dinner - not too busy - and ordered a soft pretzel, as an extra, but wasn't given the cheese that was paid for. No napkins. No response from the Order button being pushed.

They had my order ready when I got there, and my son said it was good.
Normally pretty good food but today I placed a mobile order entered wrong pickup time was directed to call store called 10 times no answer got to the store nobody in parking lot asked carhop to remake food she took it back inside and brought this out 2 minutes later I'm sure it was the same food

They keep shrinking size of the food and raising the price.. Then you order a burrito you want some thing little Niger than your hand. Not something the size of your finger.
