Placed my order using app. Pulled up thirty minutes later. Ten minutes later a message appeared stating "Blake is heading your way with your order.". Fifteen minutes later I pushed the red button and asked if they forgot about my order. Guy says "oh sorry we are out of corn dogs.". I had ordered six corn dogs and medium tater tots. Unacceptable. Still charged me full price for the order through the app. Louisburg Sonic has disappointed me for the last time. Customers have choices.

They made me a omelette sandwich that was disgusting! I never had a brioche sandwich that was mixed and chopped up. Disgusting! You people just experiment on the general public? Cause I didn't volunteer. Who's running the place? Children ? I send a picture of sandwich. Went back and got another sandwich and it's on a mini bun. Whatever Sonic? Greed will destroy. Ok.Parking: Amity Louisburg the whole parking lot is detours and flags and sink holes for weeks now. Almost a month

If I could give zero stars, I would...I tried ordering in the app, which wouldn't load. So I decided to go to the Louisburg sonic. As were putting in our order, the guy taking it aromatically cuts it off and it goes to the pay screen. Pushed the button again to finish our order, which apparently got lost and had to wait for him to find it, then our order doubled...so we scrolled thru and found 2 extra combos on it. At this point, I realized no matter what our order would come out wrong. We left and went to put in an order at Timbercreek.
Middle of a Monday afternoon. Takes our order for 2 junior cheeseburgers and large onion rings. Very shortly a young woman comes out and tells us they are out of onion rings. Asks if we'd like mozzarella sticks/poppers/fries/tots, etc. I then said, "How about a chocolate shake?". "Sorry our ice cream machine is broken." So we settled on tots, which were $1.20 less than the onion rings. She did NOT void off the onion rings and charge us correctly for the tots. Unfortunately we were already back on the road (just passing through) when we realized her mistake.

Placed my order and waited over 20 minutes. Nothing. Pushed the button again and they said they didn’t even have my order. Manager came out to my car and said to place order again. Whatever. Pushed button once more and after having to repeat myself 3 times I finally left.

I got our lunch and waited 20mins then get our food, the tator tots were ice cold and not done, corn dog I thought was burnt. Sent them back and came back the exact same way!! The corn dog wasn't burnt it was old grease because it was soaked on grease and almost black. Not crunchy at all. Then the hamburger tasted spoiled. Worst experience at a Sonic I have ever had! Through all in the trash. $26 wasted and had to drive to McDonald's and spend another $25 to eat lunch. Never again! Wish I could put negative stars. Also when I took my food inside to say it was not cooked, it was the most disgusting place I have ever laid my eyes on!! I was sick to my stomach to see old rotten food on the floor! I wish I never walked inside and seen that. Im surprised no one has gotten seriously sick from there!!!Parking: Louisburg location

The worst sonic I have ever been to in my entire life! They don't listen to your order nor do they repeat it back to you, so they mess up your entire order. Then the lady manager lies a says she is the owner ?. They refused to remake my onion rings that were also burnt and the wrong size from what I actually ordered. They don't care about the customer at all told us to leave just because they couldn't get our order right! Unbelievable!
