I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon to grab an ice cream cake and was greeted by a very friendly employee.. he took the time to explain each ice cream cake case. It's nice to see great customer service especially nowadays. Great people working here! Oh, and the ice cream cake was delicious :)

Stopped for a couple of blizzards the drive-thru wasn't working right waited 15 minutes in the line finally went inside. The help while very polite but struggling because things weren't working in this business correctly. I asked to speak to the manager they said they hadn't seen the managers in quite a while. This is definitely a manager issue and not an employee issue the manager of this facility should be ashamed of themselves and don't bother writing me us stupid ass apology do your job go in there and manage your company

If I could give a zero I would. I ordered a Reeseâs fluff sm blizzard and a chocolate shake, one the shake didnât have any chocolate in it the teenager that made it said there was but it was still Vanilla with a hint of chocolate. The blizzard was made wrong at first then when she brought it back it was still made wrong. But I had already wait 20min to get it I didnât want to wait any longer. Think they need to get people in there that know what they are doing know how to make a chocolate shake. I will never stop at this place again and I would advise that everyone make sure your stuff is made right.. photo of the vanilla shake that was supposed to be chocolate..

Had an online order I was told they hadn't received it. Showed them my confirmation on the DQ app and the confirmation email. That wasn't good enough to get any of my food. 26$ down the drain never got my food or money back. Horrible! Never going back

We are in this evening, I had the chicken strip basket. The fries were cold and tasted old. The gravy seemed old and was chunky too and cold. The chicken strips are usually golden brown but they had a grey color to them and tasted nasty. I wonât be coming back to eat for food again this place used to be so much better.

Ordered the chicken strip basket and the whole meal tasted cold and old. The gravy was chunky and cold. The fries were cold and stale. My husband ordered a burger meal his fries were the same and his burger was under cooked. Very horrible service from all employees they were rude and disrespectful. They were either on phones or talking to coworkers. Will not be back! Do not waste your Money
