Gross food and poor service.Gave them another chance today can't be bad two times in a row right, Wrong!!! Ordered the big new Yorker and it was cut into small pieces and worst of all it had NO pizza sauce on it.

Need to pay attention to details!! Call people if you don’t have delivery driver!! Waited 1.5 hours an no call or text bout having to pick up our food. Not even an apology. Then said ohh we tried calling. No one called or text!! Customer service needs to be Way better!!

This place has messed up my orders, families orders, and friends orders, consistently the last couple years. On top of that the pizza they produce is greasy and sometimes inedible. You're better off buying a frozen pizza from the grocery store. I'm not sure what happened because 5+ years ago they were great.
If it were possible to give less than one star I would. Our poor server was new but with VERY LITTLE training. There wasn’t anyone else in the restaurant when the 9 of us came in. The meal took a good 45 min to an hour to get to us. The blue cheese dressing tasted off, simple salads took 45 min, some orders never delivered. Sticky dirty floors, sticky tables and chairs, dirty windows-we will never eat here again and I recommend you don’t either!

App ordered $70 in food for delivery including $1.50 for two ranch dips but only received one. I understand ppl make mistakes and ppl forget sometimes but I don’t understand after paying for delivery and giving a good tip then driving myself up to the restaurant the staff couldn’t be apologetic.

We've lived here just over a year, and all the ups and downs with this pizza hut, I can't think of one time we've had a bad order. One delivery took way too long, but I think it was before the new Management. Haven't ever went inside to eat, but if they bring a buffet in, we would. Sandwiches, pizza, wings have all been fantastic.
