This place has messed up my orders, families orders, and friends orders, consistently the last couple years. On top of that the pizza they produce is greasy and sometimes inedible. You're better off buying a frozen pizza from the grocery store. I'm not sure what happened because 5+ years ago they were great.

If it were possible to give less than one star I would. Our poor server was new but with VERY LITTLE training. There wasn’t anyone else in the restaurant when the 9 of us came in. The meal took a good 45 min to an hour to get to us. The blue cheese dressing tasted off, simple salads took 45 min, some orders never delivered. Sticky dirty floors, sticky tables and chairs, dirty windows-we will never eat here again and I recommend you don’t either!

App ordered $70 in food for delivery including $1.50 for two ranch dips but only received one. I understand ppl make mistakes and ppl forget sometimes but I don’t understand after paying for delivery and giving a good tip then driving myself up to the restaurant the staff couldn’t be apologetic.

We've lived here just over a year, and all the ups and downs with this pizza hut, I can't think of one time we've had a bad order. One delivery took way too long, but I think it was before the new Management. Haven't ever went inside to eat, but if they bring a buffet in, we would. Sandwiches, pizza, wings have all been fantastic.
Seriously the 5th time this has happened to us we order food we don’t get what we order we get our cold 30-60 minutes after it’s “out for delivery” I tried calling today and got the run around no answer at all!!! Our food is cold and missing yet again half of what we ordered! I want to speak with management not the shift lead this is horrible service!

Absolutely delicious. Their sign says under new management outside. All I can say I didn't know them before but they are great folks that work in there... they really want your food to be good. Sincerely.I really appreciate it and eat there weekly now!

Got a personal pan and 2 mediums. The service was real nice and right on point! No fuss and great pizza!! Plus better price than McPherson, KS and Cleaner! I will be making this my new pizza home for even online orders.

This pizza hut is pretty quick and orders have been right. Toppings aren't skimpy. Staff is very friendly. Store looks clean in and out.
Ordered delivery on the app. Waited an hour and still nothing. Had hungry crying toddlers so I went to go pick it up. Lady at the window said they don’t do delivery. She then couldn’t find my order then I’m guessing the manager found it and said they tried to call which I didn’t receive a call. Then told me it wasn’t even made yet. Will not be ordering from here again. I understand you’re short staffed but needs better organization and better communication ??♀️
