We've lived here just over a year, and all the ups and downs with this pizza hut, I can't think of one time we've had a bad order. One delivery took way too long, but I think it was before the new Management. Haven't ever went inside to eat, but if they bring a buffet in, we would. Sandwiches, pizza, wings have all been fantastic.
Seriously the 5th time this has happened to us we order food we don’t get what we order we get our cold 30-60 minutes after it’s “out for delivery” I tried calling today and got the run around no answer at all!!! Our food is cold and missing yet again half of what we ordered! I want to speak with management not the shift lead this is horrible service!

Absolutely delicious. Their sign says under new management outside. All I can say I didn't know them before but they are great folks that work in there... they really want your food to be good. Sincerely.I really appreciate it and eat there weekly now!

Got a personal pan and 2 mediums. The service was real nice and right on point! No fuss and great pizza!! Plus better price than McPherson, KS and Cleaner! I will be making this my new pizza home for even online orders.

This pizza hut is pretty quick and orders have been right. Toppings aren't skimpy. Staff is very friendly. Store looks clean in and out.

Ordered delivery on the app. Waited an hour and still nothing. Had hungry crying toddlers so I went to go pick it up. Lady at the window said they don’t do delivery. She then couldn’t find my order then I’m guessing the manager found it and said they tried to call which I didn’t receive a call. Then told me it wasn’t even made yet. Will not be ordering from here again. I understand you’re short staffed but needs better organization and better communication ??♀️

I just had Supper at the Ellsworth Pizza Hut because today was a fundraiser for Cancer Foundation. Pizza Hut is giving 10% to them. I had one of my favorites- taco pizza! Yummy

I ordered pizza and wings through the app and drove the 10+ minutes to pick it up. I was told it wasn't ready yet, so they asked me to pull around the front, and they would bring it out. Five minutes later, the worker came out and said they had lost my pizza and they would make another one. Fifteen minutes later, I had my pizza. I expected some kind of compensation for the wait, maybe a few more wings or something. Instead, I was handed my pizza and swiftly forgotten about. In retrospect, I wish I had asked for my money back, as I'm still not sure how you lose a pizza. Though I have spent lots of money there over the years, I have other options and have not been back since.
I ordered 12 bone in wings. Besides the fact they cost an astronomical amount, they tasted gross. The chicken tasted as if it had been reheated. Do not waste your money on the bone in wings

The whole experience was great. The server just started today and i was her first table she was a little nervous but think she will turn out to be a good server, food was excellent and service was spot on

Over the phone service was slow. The phone was put down for a minute and a half before she picked it up again. Ordered ranch and never got them. Called 45 minutes after original order, and was told “Oh” it done and it’ll be out shortly. Pizza wasn’t hot, and the hotel was only 1.5 miles from Pizza Hut. They forgot about the order. Can’t even blame small town, cause that seems to be the pattern everywhere these day. Lack of responsibility, caring, work ethic, drive, and ownership for your actions.
