I have to say this Burger King has gotten so much better if you went here just three or six months ago you'd get a terrible order and terrible service is so much better great Burgers great customer service thank you Burger King for making the changes

Terrible service, bad quality food, I tried more than once to see if it was just an off day. I’ve had more problems on the app also, food ordered and not made and didn’t receive a refund. My advice never go to this location. If you are a BK lover then drive 20 minutes a different location.

I ordered a double cheeseburger. It was microwaved! I could tell because the bun was soggy and tough. Also the mustard and ketchup were microwave hot (almost burned my tongue) so it was microwaved after being made. This makes me think it was old and had been sitting. Why else would it need to be microwaved? NOT GOOD BURGER KING. Nasty

It is always something at this BK. This time the fries were 1/2 cooked, forgot the bacon on the burger, forgot 1 side of terrible fries, cups for drinks and didn't give me a reciept. Save your time and money, this BK always underachieves-Seriously every single time.

Isn’t open. Shows open at 4pm still but me and another person went to order food and nobody was there on a Saturday. Need to update if they are open or closed for good. Drive through showed open until you pull up to the window then all hours were crossed out. Nobody was inside either

I love to eat at Burger King!! However I visited the Burger King at 53rd and Maize and I have to say that it wasn’t a great experience. Food wasn’t fresh and the burger wasn’t constructed very well. There was so much dressing on the burger that it was very difficult to eat on the go. It oozed out of the bun with every bite. Service was extremely slow and the manager (black woman) wasn’t very friendly when I expressed my concerns. Not sure where she was drug in from but she has no business in the management position. Trash cans stunk to high heaven. I would hate to take a tour of the back area where the food is prepped and stored. The manager at this store is going to run it in the ground. She has no compassion for the people that she serves. So very sad. Should strongly think about replacing her before you are forced to shut the doors due to not enough sales. As a customer the way the store is now, I will not return to this location until drastic changes are made.
