this place is never open and when they are it takes what seems like hours to get help especially thru the drive thru how does a Burger King open after breakfast does not make sense or want me to go there at all

I love to eat at Burger King!! However I visited the Burger King at 53rd and Maize and I have to say that it wasn’t a great experience. Food wasn’t fresh and the burger wasn’t constructed very well. There was so much dressing on the burger that it was very difficult to eat on the go. It oozed out of the bun with every bite. Service was extremely slow and the manager (black woman) wasn’t very friendly when I expressed my concerns. Not sure where she was drug in from but she has no business in the management position. Trash cans stunk to high heaven. I would hate to take a tour of the back area where the food is prepped and stored. The manager at this store is going to run it in the ground. She has no compassion for the people that she serves. So very sad. Should strongly think about replacing her before you are forced to shut the doors due to not enough sales. As a customer the way the store is now, I will not return to this location until drastic changes are made.

If you have 30-45 minutes to kill, then come to their drive thru around lunch time. With one car in front of you, you will wait 15 minutes to place your order and then sit another 20 minutes waiting for them to open the window to take your payment and hand you your food. Not coming back!

I went in to get lunch today and the service was ok. What wasn't ok is the gal making sandwiches complaining about the customers and asking another employee why cant people just go home and make thier own food why come here? I won't be returning to this location ever again.

I've been here a few times for breakfast since relocating to Maize. The staff has been professional and got my order right every time. However, I went a couple weeks ago and there was a pickup at the speaker box. After a few minutes they pulled up. I pulled up to the speaker and waited for a few minutes with no response. I decided I would do something else for breakfast and left. Today I try again. Nobody in line. Wait 3-4 minutes with no answer. So I pull up to the window. Lo and behold there's a sign saying they open at 10:30. What?! Who in their right mind offers breakfast and doesn't open until 10:30? Who's eating breakfast after 10:30? Now I get on to post this review and see they close at 6:30 pm. What?! I think at this point, just go ahead and close the store. This isn't much more than an inconvenience at this point. Needless to say but I won't be back. Not too big of a deal though since BK is one of my least favorite restaurants anyway.

Stopped there at 7PM apparently they now close at 6:30 PM but the drive through lights are all on and no sign saying they're closed until you get to the window.
