Service was good and prompt. it was not busy. Food was fine. The sales case in the dining room was so dirty you can barely see inside. Totally filthy on the bottom and underneath. Same with the soda machine. Maybe the owners should check it out....

Hannah Bannana was an absolute legend. Our Blizzards were stacked, perfect, and disappeared faster than my self-control. Multiple Choco Brownie Extremes, Oreo Blizzard, chocolate malt, cones with sprinkles… zero mistakes, zero sadness. Promote her immediately before someone else does. Also shoutout to Edgar in the lobby—dude cleaned the tables so fast it felt like a pit crew at NASCAR. Blink and the mess was gone. Great food, great vibes, elite team. Will 100% be back. 🍦🔥

The girl working today with the pink and purple hair needs fired! She shouldn't be working in customer service. The vehicle in front of me had to sit there and wave her hand for 5 minutes with no one coming over. She proceeded to hook her horn and still nothing. When it was finally my turn I asked for a lid on the blizzard and all she did was slightly slid it over the spoon! Not everyone eats the ice cream in the car! By time I got home there was a mess everywhere. Next time I'll just go across the street to McD's for ice cream.

We used the drive-thru and I was having so many issues with the app. The cashier/worker was a wonderful girl who is very helpful and very kind. Having a good attitude toward customers is the most important thing to me at any establishment and she earns this DQ five stars by herself. Oh and the blizzards were good too LOL

We got there at 11:00 and the floors were dirty, the ketchup dispenser had hair hanging from it. We have been several times before but won’t go back
6…6 Confetti Blizzards all made at different days but obviously by the same person. How you might ask? They’re all half mixed, half of the blizzard is the bits (very few) mixed and the bottom have is just the soft serve. This is fraud.
Update…I did try again and didn’t even make it halfway and it’s all vanilla soft serve. So I’m done getting ripped off.
