My only complaint was the crispy chicken salad I'd ordered, (I was fresh out of another long term hospital stay, so could not yet indulge in the fries a s a burger ?) the lettuce seemed to.bave gone rotten because it was quite wet, wilted and sour. It is one of my favorite items and I was quite sad I could oniybstand about 3 bites before tossing it.

I received the wrong item when it was brought out and when I asked to have it corrected, we could here the employees talking about us like it was our fault. I was not rude about the situation and had simply asked if the item could possibly be replaced, it became a huge deal.

Gonna get a little personal here. My grandpa passed about a year ago, and dairy queen was our favorite since i was little. I was missing him so i went and got his order, being a LARGE strawberry sundae with EXTRA strawberry. Boyfriend ordered a blizzard, the girl in the window hands me my sundae and it's a SMALL (ONE ROUND) WITH LITTLE STRAWBERRY. AND I ASKED HER is this a large and she said "yea," and me being the train wreck i am i just left. And i know its just ice cream, but her messing up my order, struck a nerve.

I had 2 coupons and drove to the closest one to my house which was on Maize Road. I told the cashier my order and she went to scan the coupons and one wouldn't scan so therefore she couldn't honor it so I told her forget it and ordered the items separately. Grrr So she gave me my cup for my drink and I asked her if they could squirt 3 pumps of chocolate in my cup because I wanted a chocolate Coke. I even offered to pay for if needed and she said well I don't think they do that and I go will you check and find out? She walked towards the back and stood I was not happy so I just fixed me something different and went back to the front. Not sure if she asked or not but I told her just forget it!!! I get my order and leave, drive all the way home and my order was wrong!!! So therefore I will not be back to the one on Maize Road!!!!

Stopped by around 2:30pm on Sunday. Nice employees working the counter but it was troubling to see the cook with long hair behind the counter in the back wearing gloves and pacing back and forth full on texting on their cell phone in full view of everyone standing at the counter. The phone usage is not the issue. Using gloved hands to handle a dirty contaminated cell phone then using the same gloves to handle and make food is disgusting. Hopefully the heath department doesn’t see it..

Fantastic! Visited the evening of 3-2-2024. It was very busy, but the crew working that night did an outstanding job. I had the peanut butter cup blizzard. The wife got a chocolate malt. Both items were excellent. Only waited 5 minutes for our food! Fast, friendly, and I highly recommend the store at 3820 N Maize Road in Maize, KS. Thank you!
Parking: Plenty of parking, including several handicap parking spots.
