Fantastic! Visited the evening of 3-2-2024. It was very busy, but the crew working that night did an outstanding job. I had the peanut butter cup blizzard. The wife got a chocolate malt. Both items were excellent. Only waited 5 minutes for our food! Fast, friendly, and I highly recommend the store at 3820 N Maize Road in Maize, KS. This was a drive-through order it was not overly friendly. The food was fantastic.

Stopped at this location two weeks ago when staying at a hotel down the street for business. The guy at the register was very nice and professional. Not certain, but believe he was the manager. I was here around 9:00 pm that evening. The inside was very clean and organized. I ordered a medium oreo blizzard, paid for double orea and got exactly what I paid for. Sometimes other locations are very skimpy with the toppings, definitely not the case here.

Drive-thru order, crispy chicken salad with Honey Mustard. I got all of the way home, only to realize they gave me hot dressing. There is NO way they grabbed this from a refrigerator! You had to have felt that it was hot and didn't care. Would you out hot ass dressing on your salad?
The burger and fries were good and hot. That is the only good thing I can say. This was the dirtiest DQ I have ever been in. The pop machine has gunk in the corners of the drip tray, the counter was disgusting. The tops of the booths look like they haven't ever been cleaned. I ordered a butterfinger blizzard and, no lie, could not taste the candy. When I asked an employee if this was the normal amount of candy he said, I didn't make it but normally we put 3 or 4 scoops in it. They must use teaspoon scoops. He didn't even try to make it right or get a manager. So different than when I worked at DQ years ago or even the last DQ I went to.

I have been going for over 3 years every Friday. You got your full price for Blizzards today. But you lost my business. My daughter did everything to get her sister a 85 cent blizzard and all your rude employee did was make her feel like an idiot.

If i could give zero stars I would. The manager on duty was very unprofessional and rude. She even made us call the store after we went there and tried to speak to her in store, and when we called she even started yelling at us.
