Knolla's Pizza Maize

When I ordered a pizza for dinner on Halloween, I anticipated possible delays or mishaps. There was a minor issue, which one of the two young staff members at the counter quickly resolved. Unfortunately, not all customers displayed the same level of grace and understanding as we waited.

How they were treated by older adults was unwarranted. I appreciate how the two worked together and kept the orders coming out quickly while maintaining poise and a positive attitude. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

Oh, and the pizza was great as always.

Ordered Uber Knolla's, taco pizza, crust burnt, hamburger so greasy the grease went clear thru the outside of box. I couldn't eat it as grease upset my stomach instantly and I got sick. Also got chocked on a piece of the burnt crust and had a terrible time coughing up the piece. Will newer order from the Maize Rd place again. Usually their pizza is good but not this one. It went in trash

I ordered a NY style pizza and a Chicago style. NY style perfectly made, great crust. Chicago style was good but needs more mozzarella cheese, crust was ok. Overall very good pizza. I'm from Virginia and I come to Wichita once a year. I will definitely be back for this pizza.

Ordered 2 pizza's and both were made incorrectly. For $50.00 for 2 pizza's, I would hope they would be made correctly. The crust was nothing like what we have had before and not a pleasant taste. Ordered The Works & The Cheeseburger, both had tomatoes (which neither one of them is suppose to have) and couldn't find one pickle on the Cheeseburger pizza. Knolla's is usually a treat for us because we can't afford them all the time, but today was not a treat & we will not be going back.

We have been long time customers. I have never had a complaint. Until today. The cheese slice I ordered was all sauce and very little cheese. I asked if they could please remake it for me. “Nope, that’s just the way it is” said the manager. How much would it have cost for them to make a new slice? I guess the cost was a customer. They didn’t seem to care. Losing one customer at a time will surely hurt their bottom line.

It's always a great place for great pizza except when you order it. They take no responsibility for making it wrong. That's not a works pizza that's a pepperoni. At some point, people need to take responsibility. This dropped my 5 star to a 1.

Absolutely the worst experience which was a while new game changer. Usually they are friendly and pleasant. Never EVER will I order if the young red head worker is there , the one working in the afternoon of May 11. I ordered and was charged for 2 House salads yet (a) was given a tossed salad and (b) the alleged house salad had no eggs or pickled okra.The sandwich was soggy yet cold and the carrying bag greasy and had spaghetti spilt on it. I should have known better than to order due to her unfriendly customer service which the following 3 customers also got! I had to wait 25 minutes and observed how the following 3 customers told her exactly what I said “that how the order was being handled was not the norm”. First lady upset left, the other tried (as I had) try to explain how we were accommodated on orders vs how she was handling the service. Redhead girl argued with the lady. Had it not been that we really wanted the sandwiches for Mother’s Day, we would have left. And will turn around n leave anytime that unfriendly red head gal is there. Don’t know if she’s family to owner n she feels entitled to be stand off ish and rude, but she took on a smirkish attitude when bringing order to table. Does not matter food is and in that sense pickings are slimming there and how if the customer service is not there; clients will walk out and not return.

I placed an online order and only realized after I needed to modify the order. I called and they refused to simply add pepperoni to my pizza!! They said, “My manager said we can’t do that at this time.” I called one minute after my order was placed! They would rather just give me a refund than make a simple modification. This was apparently manager approved. Horrible customer service!

I have been a customer for almost 35 years will never come back. Pizza is always under cooked. If u want one pepperoni and couple pieces of beef per slice might be for u. Sad it used to be my favorite pizza.
