Always loved Knollas but today changed my mind. Having a lunch with the granddaughter and her slice of pizza (buffalo chick n) was not cooked well and the sauce lost our appetite. The salad had more carrots than it needed. This is just how places are these days and for the price ... No thanks anymore. Tried talking to the crew about it and all I got was "sorry" . Do not waste your money.... Try somewhere else it probably will be better and hopefully you"ll get better service

First time here and had a great lunch. We ordered three medium pies and they came out pretty quickly. The staff were all very friendly and the store was clean. The pies were good but one of our pies (all meat) was a little dry but still good. The marinara was a little “basic” (bland) but was still good. Would definitely return and try some more.

We live closer to the Maize Knollas but we drive to the one on Central and Ridge Road because the one on Central and Ridge Road puts a lot more toppings on their pizza. I wish the one on Maize Rd would do the same. Disappointing. It’s worth the drive to go to the one on Central and Ridge. We just picked up the most disappointing pizza in Maize hoping that had changed. It hadn’t.

Ordered the Italian sandwich and delivered by Door Dash. Received the sandwich without the Italian dressing. Very disappointed.
It's a storefront pizza place. Very clean inside. Less than 10 small bistro tables with crammed seating for 4 at each table. Self serve fountain drinks. I wanted tea but that multi-dispenser only served me water. I went there with my sister, niece & nephew after volleyball & thank goodness it was only us 4 because we were very crowded at our table. Several people came in for carry out orders while we were there, so I'm guessing that's what most people do. I was very pleased that their lunch specials were not just M-F because we all 4 got that on a Saturday. I got The Mario & it was pretty good. The deep dish isn't traditional deep, but more like regular with the sides pinched up high. But it tasted good. The small deep pizza is 4 slices & the size of the old school Pizza Hut "personal pan pizza". The salads were huge & pretty yummy. Not wilted or anything. Came with 2 pks of crackers & a small dressing cup. I suggest getting a 2nd dressing cup if you don't like dry, lots of shredded carrots salad. But again, tasted fine. None of us were disappointed or dissatisfied in our lunch. But none of us were wowed either. We had a nice, stripmall, local pizza joint, lunch.Vegetarian options: They have "Vegetarian Delight" & "The Mario" pizzas as veggie options

My husband and I both had the lunch special. He had a slice and salad. I had the personal pan and salad. It comes with a drink and is only $10. It was plenty of food and it was delicious. The guy who took our order was friendly and quick. I highly recommend checking it out at lunchtime if you haven't already.

Nice place! Son and I were in town for a doc's appt and chose to come here instead on a typical chain. Great idea. Pizza was tasty, prices were reasonable, and the peeps were nice! We'll be back!

Seriously? How do you forget all the veggies for a taco slice and a Juan slice? After waiting 30 mins for take out (which I don't mind, but seeing three other people get thier foods before me kind of irked me), I had to go up and actually ask about my to go order. Guess they forgot i was there, because they pulled it from the back. Come on, let me support local by providing better service!
