been going to the 37th & Maize store for years. you forgot to add chicken. you repeated the order. when we call , you tell my husband he's a liar. said we didn't ask for chicken. thats weird ! why did you repeat the order with it. then you put us on hold 3 different times only for someone new to talk to us. even the Manger Rachael started to talk to us , then put us on hold. what the heck is going on at that store tonight. guess we'll not be coming in anymore. guess you...read full review
Vacuum decor w/exposed wire and cord hazard, dirty salad bar, my hair sticking to the seat if I leaned back and I got only 2 of the ordered 4 toppings on my personal pan pizza (the spinach I did get... 3 leaves). Then issues when paying the bill... they couldn't find it?! they should have just given it to us free, geez. Terrible, terrible experience.
Worst service I have ever gotten at a Pizza Hut anywhere. We had a young man who was our server and he didn’t acknowledge us once after he brought us our drinks and food except to ask if we needed anything else. We told him no and as of now that was 25 minutes ago and he has yet to bring us our bill. We finally went up to the counter and even the lady there didn’t really care that we had to wait that long for our bill.
