We ordered delivery from Pizza Hut, but now they use DoorDash instead of their own drivers. The app showed our food would be ready in about 5 minutes, so the driver went to pick it up. However, once he arrived, he waited an hour for the food.
The driver kept us updated, explaining how busy the store was. We live less than a quarter mile from the location, and the driver came directly to us, but the food was cold—like it had been sitting out for 30 minutes with the lid open. Additionally, our root beer was forgotten, despite it appearing as being circled on the receipt as a reminder. We tipped the driver $20 for waiting so long and not leaving.
I went to the store to pick up the root beer and share my experience, they just gave me the drink and didn’t offer anything to make it right. They simply said, "the food is going out as soon as it's ready."
At this point, I won’t be ordering from any Pizza Hut again.

Pizza Hut on North Maize for the WIN! One of two Huts I've found that can still figure out how to put bacon on cheese sticks. There was one employee in the building. He was super helpful and friendly, too.

My wife and I were not that impressed with this location. We ordered and we waited and waited and my wife and I began to ask ourselves, "How long does it take to make bread sticks and one pizza?" I get up and go check and our food is sitting on a pizza board in the window getting cold. There was literally nobody else in the restaurant but my wife and I. The manager comes out and I said, "Hey that is our order!" The manager with a fake smile says, "Yeah, your server will bring it out." I go back to the table and wait another five minutes and that same manager brings it out to our table seemingly put out. The food was cold. My wife and I will never return to this location. It is irritating that I spend $23 dollars and some change to eat cold food that was left in the window too long. Then the waitress finally comes over as if nothing is wrong to check on us. SMH! My burning question has been, what was the waitress doing all that time? She had no other tables. Bunch of bunk!

There was nothing pleasant about my trip to this location. It took half an hour to get a salad. They made it wrong. Waitress did not understand any of my order other than the breadsticks. I’ll never return. Chicken on the salad was barely there enough to call it a chicken salad. I could have just gotten a garden side salad for 3.99 rather than paying an extra 4.00$ for chicken.
Love the pizza! Staffing is always pleasant and helpful.

Ever wanted a pizza hut pizza super fresh where you can sit and eat it? We definitely found this one when we was out and about shopping for Christmas and it was epically amazing!We got there before the supper rush and was the only customers. We had a waiter that was amazing! Very prompt on getting our drinks refilled, always asked if there was anything more he could do for us and made sure we knew how soon our food was coming.Our food was very delicious! It was hot, well proportioned and so very good!Definitely will stop through to this pizza hut if we're in the area and we want to stop in for pizza outside of the cardboard box!~Chaos Approved~
