I placed my $35 order online and received a prompt to call the store to confirm my order. I called the store to confirm my order only to find out that they never received it. However, the money was taken out of my account. I spoke with the manager and was told there's nothing they can do and that my money will be returned at some point in the future. Now my family goes without dinner tonight. Thanks a lot pizza hut.

Love this location. Never busy and always friendly service. Atmosphere at Pizza Hut has been ruined ever since they did away with the red and white checkered table cloths and candles. They also did away with beer sales and buffet. I would go a lot more if these things were brought back.
Recent visit to the Pizza Hut on N Maize Rd. Ruined Pizza Hut for me. I tried to order a free pizza for later pick up and it ended up going in for immediate pick up. I called the store to let them know and was told they would cancel, and the free Pizza would be credited back to me. It did not!!! Went to store to complain and was told I had to call a number. Called and explained. They advised they could not help me. So, I was just out for my free Pizza. NEVER GOING BACK! I have been a customer since the mid 80's and never been treated like this.

I ordered pan crust with 3 veg topping. We are vegetarian by religion. We had been given piece of meat with the pizza. When I called several times no one answered. Then I take it back to the restaurant and show them. Even more they took the same topping and place it on the new one and all of the toppings were burned. Also I was not told until this mess come to my hand that they are out of pan crust. Do you have any policy or accountability.

Thin crust pizza was caked in grease. I couldn't even pick up the slice because it had become glued to the box. I tried to file a thing online but I got an error message. Posted on X, someone contacted me at first but never replied.

We ordered delivery from Pizza Hut, but now they use DoorDash instead of their own drivers. The app showed our food would be ready in about 5 minutes, so the driver went to pick it up. However, once he arrived, he waited an hour for the food.
The driver kept us updated, explaining how busy the store was. We live less than a quarter mile from the location, and the driver came directly to us, but the food was cold—like it had been sitting out for 30 minutes with the lid open. Additionally, our root beer was forgotten, despite it appearing as being circled on the receipt as a reminder. We tipped the driver $20 for waiting so long and not leaving.
I went to the store to pick up the root beer and share my experience, they just gave me the drink and didn’t offer anything to make it right. They simply said, "the food is going out as soon as it's ready."
At this point, I won’t be ordering from any Pizza Hut again.

Pizza Hut on North Maize for the WIN! One of two Huts I've found that can still figure out how to put bacon on cheese sticks. There was one employee in the building. He was super helpful and friendly, too.

My wife and I were not that impressed with this location. We ordered and we waited and waited and my wife and I began to ask ourselves, "How long does it take to make bread sticks and one pizza?" I get up and go check and our food is sitting on a pizza board in the window getting cold. There was literally nobody else in the restaurant but my wife and I. The manager comes out and I said, "Hey that is our order!" The manager with a fake smile says, "Yeah, your server will bring it out." I go back to the table and wait another five minutes and that same manager brings it out to our table seemingly put out. The food was cold. My wife and I will never return to this location. It is irritating that I spend $23 dollars and some change to eat cold food that was left in the window too long. Then the waitress finally comes over as if nothing is wrong to check on us. SMH! My burning question has been, what was the waitress doing all that time? She had no other tables. Bunch of bunk!
