The staff are friendly and the subs were delicious! Some of the tables were slightly dirty from other customers, but other than that it was a great place to grab a bite to eat while passing through the state.

Bread was falling apart, asked for light sauce(Meatball) but that didn't happen, the taste wasn't bad just to messy for a on the road
Location is not the best as we thought this Subway was in the town of Maple Hill, KS; instead, it's right at the exit off I70 for Maple Hill. Subway is consistently good for our needs.

Literally would not let me customize my sandwich. I repeatedly said I would rather just pick my toppings and the two girls working kept looking at me weird and telling me that it would be a lot easier if I just picked a sandwich from the menu. When I asked to substitute lettuce for jalapeños, I once again received some attitude. At least the food tasted good.
