I haven't been to this place in a long time (I live in Marysville) and was reminded why tonight. The place wasn't too busy at all (wonder why). We sat about an hour after we ordered and was told that our order had been screwed up and it would be another half hour before it could be ready. I asked if it would be free (for the inconvenience) and was told no. We left and won't be back. Avoid this place at all cost!!!

The staff is wonderful come and see the improvement that we have made on night shift. Your not going to wait that long for a nice fresh pizza now.
We ordered a pizza for delivery. When we opened the box, all the cheese and toppings had slid to one side of the pizza. AND it was not the crust we ordered. I called back to complain, told her what it looked like and that it was the wrong crust. Her response was "oh he does that all the time. We will talk to him." She said they would make us another one, and when it was delivered it was still the wrong crust! Would not recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone!
