This place SUCKS!! If you want your order to be correct, do NOT waste your time here. They’re more worried about making you pull forward as the only one in the drive thru to score well on their drive thru timer than making sure your order is right.

The workers are extremely nice, but the lobby was completely empty and it took about 15 min to get my food, I came one other time and the lobby was closed, they couldn't get my damn order right, had to go back three times cause they just kept giving me a dish of lettuce

It's pretty bad when you order dorito tacos supreme and all you get is lettuce and meat, it's also pretty bad when you place an order and out of the items that you ordered two are missing if we didn't live 20 miles away I would have went back and complained but I'm really tired of when we go through the drive through they always get our order wrong.......

Yeah listen to everyone else it's the worst taco bell known to man. I triple checked with them and they still got my order entirely wrong. Like almost purposely? No cheese no sour cream on anything please.
Puts cheese and sour cream on everything. Then can't even make the order because there were no more black beans. I left and on the way out got pulled over by a cop because my head lights were off ........... While the sun was still up. This place is cursed and the manager was the one who messed up my order

While at this location a worker with a star tattoo on his neck was belittling another employee. She was evidently very uncomfortable and was doing her best. She gave us impeccable service, but he was nitpicking what she was doing. He obviously doesn't know his voice carries to the dining room. I wasn't the only guest who was appalled.
Always good, always clean, always friendly people. The kid working the drive thru even made sure my cup was all the way full before giving it to me. Made sure I had napkins and the sauce I wanted too.

Their food is great and prices are great however I just went there with my family to have a nice outing with my son and wife as soon as we got out of our car they came outside to tell us they're closing. Mind you this was at 5 pm but the stores hours say they're open until 8pm then I go to drive past them after taking my family to pizza hut an hour later and people are lined up in the drive through I'm very disappointed in this store

Going to join in the chorus and say avoid this location at all costs!! I have absolutely no idea how they have not gone out of business yet. I’ve given them multiple chances to improve, and sadly it’s just getting worse. Submitted an online order tonight 5/14 for pick up in the drive through. Order was received and I got to the store to find a piece of paper taped to the menu board. Shut down the store but forget to shut down the online sales?? Cars in the parking lot. Lights on inside. No one home. The store is falling apart, the parking lot is more like a crater, and they can’t seem to be open regular hours ever. After nearly 20 years visiting this Taco Bell, I will not be back. Corporate needs to shut this location down once and for all.
