Let me start by saying the food was good, not great but it was good. Now, the service was less than desirable, everyone was very nice but our waitress only checked on us twice during our whole meal. We had to wave someone down to get drink refills. Someone else brought out our food. We felt ignored most of the evening. Our bread in the bread basket looked like someone had squeezed it with their hand and threw it in the basket. We tried to find someone to let them know we didn't have very good service but no one ever came (we got tired of waiting). We will not be back.

Food was cooked to perfection! Nice wine and drink selections. It was quiet and did not hear slot machine noise while enjoying a great dinner. Dan the manager was awesome making sure everything was good and he was helping staff out. Would go back again.

Waited well over an hour for our food. Waiter was rude and argumentative. Will not be going back again.

As mentioned in the Resort Review - the diner choices at the Three Fires Steakhouse was very good. The service staff was so courteous - and the warm bread delivered to the table was so good we could not finish our food. Very standard decorations for a steakhouse good selection of cocktails and wines for my winos. We will most certainly return. Thanks to Madi/Rey and everyone in the kitchen staff.

We eat dinner at Three Fires every time we go to Prairie Band! It's an excellent restaurant. The menu has good options but isn't overwhelming. Our server Marq was so attentive but unobtrusive. My husband's first piece of prime rib came out underdone and Marq had it fixed right away. I actually ordered the optional steak side of sea scallops as my entree and it was a perfect amount. The lobster bisque had huge chunks of lobster! We were seeing a comedy show in the theater that evening so we had to leave before dessert, so we actually made a second reservation to come back later in the evening. We had a different server and she was awesome! I had the creme brulee and my husband had the turtle cheesecake, both delicious. We will definitely be back again!

Returned for our second Valentine's Day visit. My husband and I split the prime rib, a baked potato, roasted wild mushrooms, and calamari with shishito peppers. The prime rib was decent in size but under seasoned, which is fixable with a little table salt. Mushrooms were delicious, cooked in plenty of garlic and butter. The baked potato came fully loaded and was MASSIVE. And finally, the calamari was the star of the show. Perfectly fried and light, the shishitos seemed to be brined and had a nice little vinegary kick that cuts through the grease. The batter was also well seasoned and did not over power the squid. Great dinner, we plan on returning again

We have ate there several times. Absolutely great experiences every time. Same familiar waiters and waitresses. Don't forget to tip them especially if you are comped a meal.
