I am etremely disappointed in the service I received this evening. I ordered a double burger without cheese and anything else - just burger and bun - plain. When I received my burger it had ketchup, pickles, onions and the works. I went back to the counter and requested a new burger prepared the way I ordered from the young man working the counter. He spoke with his manager and they argued back and forth a bit before slamming things around and giving me a new burger. The example the store management displayed for her employee and the rudeness with which I was treated - were unacceptable. I will not return to this location again. Do better Wendy's.

I ordered breakfast from this location. When I got home I noticed some of my order was wrong. I called the location and spoke with General manager Christina. She was apologetic about my order being incorrect and, happily offered to remake my order. I truly appreciate how she handled my problem. I wish more restaurant employees were this helpful. Thank you Christina!!

Worst Wendy’s I’ve been to. Bad tasting soda and bad service
Ordered chili. I asked to have the liquid drained as I did not want to feel like I was drinking it. Lo and behold what happened? I had to use a straw due to excessive liquid. Liquid that took up 1/3 of the large bowl

I always choke on their food, and it's because it just gets stuck in my throat no matter what. Their food is dry as hell, chunky, and the people working there are crappy. Their food isn't good anymore. They also took away their VANILLA frosty. They too kaway a BASIC flavor. Madness. Never going here again.
