After a day of travel, we got a hotel room and stopped in here for a meal. Burger and fries, good size portions, hot fast service!!! The misses had a bit with onion rings, all good! ...B.T.we got there late on Tues. Nite, only people, so they got to us rite away. My Grandma and Grandpa first owned this place and it's kind of an insult to them because this place is nothing like it used to be. Nothing tastes as good as it used to anymore. I was very disappointed. Not to mention it was very expensive.
Not the same as Bob’s used to be… Before the new owners, it was fun and nostalgic. Now, it’s expensive and the food isn’t very good. 2 meals for $40 is absolutely insane. The wait time too… They shouldn’t even call it Bob’s anymore. It’s a shame.

We’re traveling cross country and stopped for dinner, and it was INCREDIBLE. A young man took care of us start to finish and he was better than most adult servers we’ve experienced over the years. That was the best BLT I’ve ever had. My brother got a chicken strip basket and said the homemade fries taste exactly like his grandmas recipe, not to mention the strips were HUGE. Hubby got the crispy chicken sandwich and was raving about it the entire time. Kiddos cheeseburger was freshly made and he loved it! If you’re going through Meade you HAVE to stop by.

We are staying at the Daltons bedpost motel and asking the lady who checked us in where she would eat she highly recommended Bobs for great food . Well she was right . Friendly staff friendly customers good food great selection. Had the burger meal with mashed potatoes yum . Also two thick milkshakes to go . Even bought a shirt . Highly recommend Bobs for great food if you’re in Meade Kansas worth the stop .
*** UPDATE*** bought shirt there with name and location on it . She assured me it won’t shrink , well I am happy to report it has been washed and worn and washed again…. Dang it she was right no shrinkage. Thank you see you guys next time through .
