Pull up for pickup order. Pizza hadn’t even been started. Waited in drive thru for 20 minutes. When we inquired about delay, she said “short staffed”, yet 2 employees outside smoking when we pulled up. Asked for cheese/peppers and was informed we would have to pay for them🤯. Asked to speak to manager on duty, asked about the delay and cheese/peppers. she was rude and informed us we still need tiopay for the cheese/peppers…definitely terrible costumer service…
Meade KS has the best Pizza Hut!!!! We order as we travel through. Always a perfect thin crust with easy sauce. Thanks for Caring about the quality of pizza you make.
