If your looking for a unique dining experience, the Blue Moon in Minneapolis, Kansas is the place to be on Friday nights.The salmon is marinated and grilled to perfection, and their beef tenderloin skewers are absolutely melt in your mouth scrumptiousness! Good choice of sides and great drink mixes from the bar!

What an awesome discovery! If you happen to be looking for a truly unique dining experience on a Friday night and you're anywhere between Salina and Concordia, you have to visit Blue Moon! Best salmon in KS!!! Great times so plan on being there for a while. Sometimes takes a while to get food but well worth the wait. It's a great time to get to know your friends better! Tip the barmaids....they deserve it since they always have a smile on their face.
