A homely little place, stopped in for dinner at 5 pm our time, 4 pm here, and the food was fresh and very tasty. Picante sauce was mild and good with the chips. Waitress could have come buy and checked on us once, but she was nice nonetheless.
This is not canned Mexican restaurant food. The food, including the chips, are made daily. Authentic flavor, excellent presentation. My wife and I, were very happy with our meals. The owners and staff were very interested in making sure we were happy. A side note, 70s music made my wife all giddy.
5 stars for a great small town Mexican joint. Situated immediately off of Hwy 54 in Minneola and right next to a little public covered shelter with picnic tables, grass and a water hydrant (dogs) - it made for the perfect stop.Food was great, authentic and homemade including their salsa & tortillas.Try their fried ice cream.
