The Hub Brick Oven & Brewery

We were road trippin from
Denver to Oklahoma and decided to stop here to break up the trip.

So crazy to find a place like this in such a random small town in Kansas!

They absolutely know how to cook a pizza. The crust was big and bubbly with a slight char. Perfection!

Their ice cream is amazing. Beer selection is a lot of fun, live music and I grabbed an Americano on my way out to finish our drive.

So perfect. Keep it up! Don’t let anyone shame you because your crust is “too big”. It’s perfect. Some people don’t know what good crust is. But you nailed it!!

The menu is confusing, the staff didn’t explain well either. First visit and find ourselves leaving disappointed and a little hungry.

Mostly IPA. I have to eat my pizza while a Mountain Man episode is playing and the guy is skinning a goose. Dude

We met some friends for steak night. The place was very big so it can accommodate large groups, but still felt warm and inviting. The food was amazing. The service was excellent. We enjoyed the option of the self-serve wine and beer.

This place is adorable, pizza was great atmosphereamazing. I do recommend you add your spin dip has bacon in it on the menu, I have a pork allergy ordered the spin dip and ate a bite instantly realized I could not eat this. Otherwise this place is fantastic!!!

This is such a great place to grub out. The pizza is cooked to order in a lovely brick oven that you can see from your table. You order your own stuff and there are no servers (may be different for evenings, weekends or during live music) they have an automatic tap with many, many selections of beers to choose from. There is a stage indoors for the colder weather and outdoors on the patio for those warmer evenings. They have a separate counter for specialty coffees(they also offer your regular drips and such) the decor is fun!
