I’m giving a 3 because the egg rolls and pickled veggies were very good. The pho soup with beef was the most disgusting pho bowl I have ever eaten. The meat had no flavor and the broth which is the most important part of the soup was clear and completely flavorless. It was like dishwater with bean sprouts. They definately should learn to make it or change their name and take it off the menu. I will never order it again.
