I ordered two large 3 toppings pizzas with thickest crust they had with one having extra cheese. Gave my dad and I thin crust and barely any cheese on both. Very much not happy. Because of this mess up, I have to listen to a grumpy father. But the only reason it's not a one star is because of the politeness and kindness shown.

Our pizza was so burnt, the top was black. Why would you even serve it to someone. Then when we called to get the problem resolved, we were placed on hold for 27 minutes, then hung up on twice.

They don't deliver their own food anymore (because they're too cheap to pay delivery drivers fair wages) so when they forget something, good luck getting it replaced. I got a $5 credit because they forgot my $4 soda and my food was cold. Hooray. Do yourself a favor and order from a company that cares enough about their employees to pay a living wage.

I have no idea what is going on with this location but the food and service has went way down. First thing. We dined in and was told iced tea is not available. When asked why I was informed they don't have a machine to make it. Second when food came out the order was Luke warm and my sandwich was wrong. I just don't get how businesses wana stay in business but give bad service time and again and nothing is ever done about it. Guess we will be forced to go into Derby instead of this place 2 minutes from home....

I am a Mulvane resident who frequents this store. The past two orders have been very disappointing. About 3 weeks ago, I ordered two specialty pizzas, and they both had very little cheese and ingredients on the pizzas. I just thought it was a fluke, as the pizzas I have ordered from this store in the past have been great. My most recent order, I ordered a Big New Yorker , and it was the same way. There were only 2 to 3 pieces of pepperoni per slice and there was VERY little cheese (see picture). Definitely wasn't a "Big New Yorker" that is supposed to be covered in pepperoni and cheese. It was so disappointing, we ate three pieces and threw away the rest. I likely will not go back to this store in the future, due to the declining quality. The franchise owner should really check in on this store, as customers will stop coming if the declining quality continues.

It's really cold and uncomfortable to eat when it's so cold in here. They proceed to say it's the ovens that we have to make to keep it cold air. I'm like the oven is back there and we are in the sitting area it's opposite. So if you are gonna dine in bring your hoodie or sweater for Pete's sake it's june and it's 103 outside and how is customer is gonna be comfortable to eat when it's so darn cold inside. Other places are good but this one.. they don't care.
As most , a little extra cleaning, lose the greasy smell. All tables were clean. Floor looked clean but there is a stitch. Very cold inside, asked for pizza in a box to keep warm. Taste was very good.

Called 3 times to order from the Hampton Inn and Suites. Took a long time to get the exact address and order done with their call center in India on third call. Then was told she was transferring me to the actual store in Mulvane. Phone rang 20 times at 6:30 PM with no answer. Says they close at 10 PM. Will never call again. Recommend you font either.
