Too early to try the Pho, so I got a chicken salad sandwich. It compares closely to a gas station sandwich. Stale croissant bread, a tiny portion of chicken salad, and way too expensive for the quality. Total waste of money.

Have been there many times with the family and it's always been good to great, but last night was very bad for myself and my wife , my daughter had tilapia and it was fine myself and my wife ordered a hamburger and fries with soup. Well let me tell you we realized right off that this was not hamburger but some kind of fake hamburger, we decided since we where in a hurry and we had always liked what we where served there let's just eat it, Big mistake I couldn't finish mine ,wife did and we both almost didn't make it home before becoming sick and we where sick off and on all night. I keep my left over Fake meat and it's now in my freezer.

Service was good for deli!! Grilled chicken sandwich......but Y the hell do we have to put pickles on grilled chicken breast sandwich??? No where on menu board do it say pickles go on sandwich!!!??

Our our order was in complete, so we called to complete our order. We are staying in the hotel and the comment was they are not allowed to use the elevators. We stated we are on the 1st floor and now the excuse was they cannot leave. To spend thousands and have this happen is disappointing.
