This was the WORST experience in a restaurant than i’ve ever had!! We were only the 3rd table that had patrons and were told we COULD NOT order from the supper menu for another 5 minutes. Our dinners were awful - my friend ordered an expensive dish and was presented a fish dish that he absolutely couldn’t stand - and when he told the waitress it was wrong she grabbed it up Then brought the right meal and slammed it down with no apology. I ordered an expensive hamburger that was blood red on the inside - I couldn’t eat it. We waited quite some time to be waited on - no apologies - asked for manager and instead of doing the right thing for her customers she got an attitude and got security and a law officer who escorted us out of the restaurant. Instead of comping the meal we were required to pay over $71.00 for meals we could not eat. We were informed of their policies /rules - and it didn’t matter that we were from out of state. The waitresses and manager all need to take some classes on customer satisfaction. We have both been managers before of lots bigger corporations and would never have reacted in the way they did-it was grade school at best!! Go ANYWHERE ELSE to eat!! Even if you have to drive!

Ericka, Sam, Sophia are the best. They will even get the channel changed to the game u want to watch. Still working on the reserved corner seats on Tuesdays though.

Need to update your hours. Online it says you close at 11pm but when you come into here it says it closes at 10 pm.

The food is gross and inedible. Please avoid this restaurant. It's worse than any fast food restaurant. Under seasoned and greasy.

Wonderful service and atmosphere. The fried pickles, fries and onion rings were excellent. Unfortunately the ribeye steak was bland. Even after adding salt and pepper I had to drown it in A-1. Other than that everything else is wonderful.

My husband and I both ordered steak with mashed potatoes and green beans. Our steaks came out with fake grill marks and our plates looked exactly alike. I SWEAR these are prepackaged meals that are microwaved and put on a nice plate. My steak was watery and rubber. Top 3 worse steak I've had in my entire life. The chips and queso tasted like cheese wiz. The best part of my meal was my bottle of coors light. $87 for pure trash. Save your money for the slots.

The nacho was really loaded and good. The taco burger lacked flavor. However, my wife said the ribeye had good flavor, and she's a steak person.

Food was ok, waiter messed up my order completely.

Order a ribeye steak was nothing but fat Wife ordered chicken sandwich with thoughts the cook evidently don’t know how to cook because it was tater tots. Disintegrated have eaten there before was good at one time but this time it was awful for the price.

Mushroom and Swiss burger was excellent and the shrimp was also great with excellent service would definitely return when possible

The atmosphere was pretty nice for a casino. Clean and friendly. Food was alright. It wasn’t bad. Just didn’t have much flavor. But the ribeye was cooked as requested. The philly cheesesteak was dry. Our server, Sam, was fantastic though!

Clean restaurant, nice staff. Prices are a little high, but still good. Started with Philly cheesesteak egg rolls, so good, sadly they're discontinuing them. Had the spitfire burger, not at all spicy, but had great flavor. Fries are battered and yummy, didn't get a lot though.
