Pizza Hut has been updating their menu with several new items lately. I highly recommend their sandwiches as they now come with fries which are the best in town. They also have an amazing selection of boneless chicken wings and their ranch dressing is the best. Even the ranch packets are tasty. The people who work there are very friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to make you happy. They never charge you anytime you ask for extra condiments when you pick up your order. Their salads are the best in town as well for the price. Their creamy Italian dressing is a local favorite.

I just went there for a online pickup order. I noticed the short bald guy not wearing gloves when he was preparing the person before me order which was a sandwich and wings. Then he got to my order He put my pizza in a box without gloves on put it in the warmer. Then proceeds to the back area to get my chicken I assume comes back licking his fingers puts my chicken in the package. I told him where's your gloves? He said oh I don't have to wear gloves. I said I think you do I'm in the food industry and I have to wear gloves. He said you can leave now. I said excuse me? I said I don't want my food can I just have my money back He said yeah don't come back. I was like wow I just stood towards the door looking out the window because I really wanted to cuss him out and there was an elderly couple in there dining and I didn't want to act a fool and the restaurant. So needless to say I got my money back and I won't be going there again ever I will drive to Fredonia. Where services much better there at Andy's store!!! So people pay attention who's making your food because this guy was in there licking his fingers and making my food. Very disrespectful employee and very disgusting I think I'm going to call the health department on this matter!!

Kid-friendliness: The girls loved watching whatever channel was showing on the television. Randomn kinda videos age appropriate for all and interesting i found myself watching as well. It was pretty close to close so the atmosphere was very quiet but the servers were cordial regardless which was much appreciated!

I have to say by far one of the best cheese sticks I have ever ate!! We don't eat there much anymore but today I have to give them a 10/10 pizza was fire too!! Keep up the amazing work you guys are doing amazing thank you for all your hard work!

Called in an order. I asked what specials they had. They said "medium pizzas are $7 right now". So we said we would do the $7 deal and ordered a medium with pepperoni and pineapple. Went to pick up the order and that medium pizza was charged $16. When we asked they said adding a second topping bumped it up. The person on the phone never mentioned it and we clearly wanted the $7 deal. It was poor customer service.
I am not one to leave reviews, but I needed to for here. Probably the worst service and food in town. It took 30 minutes for food. The chicken was over/under cooked, waited until the food should have been delivered to tell us they were out of sauce. The pasta had no sauce on it. The chicken was rubber and tasted funny. We had to ask for everything. The waitress was rude, told us there was a lot going on, but we were the only ones in the place and they let their phone ring and ring. They offered an apology for the bad food. I spent over $60 for food that couldn’t even be eaten.
