I wish I could give negative stars. The entire business need some TLC from order stations, speed of delivery and customer service. I travel for a living and this is by far the worst Sonic I've been to!

I ordered the grilled cheeseburger for $1.99. It wasn’t grilled there was no cheese on it and way too much mustard and when I called they said I could come back up there and make me another one who wants to go through that again sonic I’ve ever experienced, can’t have a super sonic day in Neodesha.

Ordered a chili cheese coney & small Oreo blast. Coney wasn't even lukewarm & Oreo blast was nothing but a cup of vanilla ice cream with maybe 1 crushed Oreo on top.

I just spend almost $50 for 3 people to eat garbage. Both LG popcorn chicken meals were raw! Fries cold. My #1 burger was cold. Our drinks were ALL ice. We are not from this town and left before we opened the bad to eat. Never have I experienced this at an establishment. I really hope we dont get sick tonight!

Food was delivered quickly but the tator tots were OLD & tasteless. They had clearly been reheated at least once & were dried out, hard & stale. The fry that snuck in was so hard it nearly cracked a tooth when I took a bite. Mo napkins were give with our meal, no receipt was provided for the credit card payment, and no one ever stopped & asked if we needed condiments or anything else. Haven’t been to Sonic for food in years as the last experience was awful & apparently should have learned my lesson.

Extremely bad service waited 26 minutes for a chicken slinger a large fry and a small tot and got a chicken strip that was cut in half on a bun as my chicken slinger asked for refund was forced to give the food back

I ordered 2 footlong cheese coneys and a couple drinks off the app. I got there at the time it was suppose to be ready and it took another 8 minutes. When we got home to eat the food was not what I ordered. We got 1 coney and chili cheese tots to feed 2 of us ??. And since I was already home from working 11 hrs I was not about to make the 15 minute drive back. The girl that was working was very nice though and it seemed like she was the only 1 working besides the cook
