It took three times to get the person taking the order to understand l wanted a double bacon cheeseburger and after 45 minutes here came my order and after leaving l realized it was a single patty burger with a slice of cheese and no condiments added. l will not go back.

It took 25 minutes and 2 trips to the door to get a soft drink and a Blizzard during a slow time. The Blizzard had Styrofoam pieces in it. The store was unable to provide a refund refund because I ordered through the app. The store manager was unable to tell me who owned the store.

I ordered the grilled cheeseburger for $1.99. It wasn’t grilled there was no cheese on it and way too much mustard and when I called they said I could come back up there and make me another one who wants to go through that again sonic I’ve ever experienced, can’t have a super sonic day in Neodesha.
Ordered a chili cheese coney & small Oreo blast. Coney wasn't even lukewarm & Oreo blast was nothing but a cup of vanilla ice cream with maybe 1 crushed Oreo on top.

I just spend almost $50 for 3 people to eat garbage. Both LG popcorn chicken meals were raw! Fries cold. My #1 burger was cold. Our drinks were ALL ice. We are not from this town and left before we opened the bad to eat. Never have I experienced this at an establishment. I really hope we dont get sick tonight!
